Hypnotherapy does not suggest or initiate any practice or flow of thought that would be against your will. At all times you will be fully aware of your surroundings.
You will be always be in complete control of yourself, you will never be asked to say or do anything that is against your will.
Your mental health and wellbeing will be at the forefront of every session. Each session will be planned with clear goals and objectives made in agreement with yourself.
